The Balearic Islands are an archipelago of Spain in the western Mediterranean Sea, near the eastern coast of the Iberian Peninsula.
The four largest islands are Majorca, Minorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The islands have a Mediterranean Climate, and the four major islands are all popular tourist destinations. The islands’ culture and cuisine are similar to that of the rest of the Catalan Countries.
The archipelago forms an autonomous community and a province of Spain, with Palma de Mallorca as the capital.
Majorca is the ideal place for any event, incentive, convention or congress. It is well connected by ‘plane to all the European capital cities and has modern hotels and first-rate know-how in the tourism sector. The island offers ideal facilities for all events or sports activities, especially sailing and golf, as well as rambling, tennis, football, canoeing, horse-riding and much, much more. The Majorca culture, gastronomy and climate add the finishing touch to make this a destination that always fulfils the highest expectations.
